1. Who we are
This policy applies to qoricore.com and the sites of its brands (QoriMotion, QoriLabs, QoriStudios and Fenzo), operated by Grupo Qori (“we”). For any question about your data, write to us at contacto@qoricore.com.
2. What data we receive
We only receive the data you type into our forms:
- Contact forms: name, email address, the brand or area you're contacting and your message.
- Fenzo beta application: email address, a link to your channel (if you have one), how often you post and which tools you use.
We don't ask for sensitive data or create user accounts on these sites.
3. What we use it for
- To answer your inquiry or request.
- To review your Fenzo beta application and, if you're selected, send you your license and download link.
We don't sell your data, use it for advertising or build behavioral profiles.
4. Who it's shared with
To run the site we use a few third-party services:
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co): receives what you send through the forms and forwards it to us by email.
- Gmail (Google): is the inbox where we receive and answer those messages.
- Cloudflare: delivers the site's pages and, like any web server, receives technical connection data such as your IP address.
- Google Fonts and cdnjs: serve the fonts and animation libraries; when loading them, your browser connects to their servers.
These services may process data outside Peru and have their own privacy policies.
5. What's stored in your browser
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. We do store the following in your own browser's local storage:
- The light or dark theme you chose.
- A copy of your contact form message, as a backup in case sending fails.
- The email and channel you entered when applying to Fenzo, so we don't have to ask again.
That information doesn't leave your device, and you can delete it by clearing this site's data in your browser.
6. Our apps
Desktop apps like Fenzo process your videos, audio and scripts on your own computer. They only connect to external services when you decide to (for example, a voice provider with your own key).
7. How long we keep it
We keep messages for as long as we need them to handle your inquiry or the beta, and we delete them when you ask, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep them.
8. Your rights
Under Peru's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 29733), you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use. Write to us at contacto@qoricore.com and we'll reply. If you're not satisfied, you can contact Peru's National Authority for Personal Data Protection.
9. Minors
Our forms are not intended for children under 14. If you're under 14, ask a parent or guardian to write to us for you.
10. Changes
If we change this policy, we'll publish the new version on this page with its update date.
